THE POSITION

As a Demand Planning Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing SIOP & demand planning strategies to ensure precise forecasting and optimal demand management. Leading a dynamic team, your role involves fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, guiding the team in all aspects of SIOP & demand planning activities. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you will leverage data, market trends, and customer insights to enhance demand forecasting accuracy. Your analytical expertise will play a pivotal role in monitoring and adjusting demand patterns, ensuring agile responses to customer demands and the optimization of inventory levels. Identifying and implementing process improvements is a key aspect of the role, aimed at enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless alignment between demand plans, supply chain operations, and financial forecasts.
