• Develop detailed RF test specifications, methods, and procedures using technical drawings, standard work, and schematics—translating complex requirements into actionable plans
• Assist in preparing technical reports that analyze RF performance data and recommend solutions to elevate system reliability
• Calibrate, maintain, and improve RF test equipment to ensure consistent, high-accuracy measurements across production
• Lead and mentor a small team of RF-focused test technicians, driving collaboration and technical excellence within your area
• Maintain all required certifications to support compliance and operational readiness in RF testing environments
• Recommend and implement 6S improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and quality across RF test stations and workflows
