Job Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming SWGR materials against purchase orders and packing lists. * Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space and accessibility. * Execute material picking and kitting processes for production orders, ensuring correct quantities and part numbers. * Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. * Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels. * Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with materials or products. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Collaborate with production, quality, and shipping departments to ensure smooth material flow.   QualificationsJob Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous experience (1-3 years) in a logistics, warehouse, or material handling role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. * Experience with Switchgear (SWGR) components or similar large industrial equipment is a significant advantage. * Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment; certification preferred. * Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and documentation. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, and material specifications. * Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and practices.
