We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every vehicle is cleaned, polished, and presentation-ready before delivery.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains high standards, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces, to dealership standards 
• Wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo, and polish vehicles for showroom and customer delivery presentation 
• Inspect vehicles for damage, imperfections, or areas requiring additional attention 
• Operate detailing equipment and utilize proper cleaning products safely and effectively 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail department, wash bay, and equipment areas 
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards 
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members regarding vehicle status and priorities 
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines 
• Continuously improve detailing techniques and stay current with industry best practices 

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship 
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability 
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment 
• Excellent time management and organizational skills 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
