  • Drive insurance department revenue growth through new client acquisition, cross-selling within the firm's existing client base, and expansion of product and service offerings.
  • Build and lead the insurance department, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff as the practice grows.
  • Track and report on department performance, production metrics, and client retention.
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or planning, with a proven track record building or leading an insurance practice or department.
  • Active life and health insurance license required; property and casualty license preferred.
  • CLU, ChFC, or similar insurance-focused designation preferred; CFP a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of life, disability income, and long-term care insurance products and underwriting.
  • Experience integrating insurance planning within a wealth management or financial planning practice strongly preferred.
