POSITION: Federal Work Study – Financial Aid Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Financial Aid Office

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General clerical work such as filing and data entry 
  • Call students to remind them to complete financial aid requirements 
  • Complete the FWS orientation 
  • Performs additional duties as assigned 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study and enrolled full time at the University of Saint Mary
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Computer skills or a willingness to learn 
  • A team player with strong communication skills 
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
