Job DetailsJob Location: Lansing, MI 48910Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 SalarySummary The Power Platform and AI Specialist scopes, designs, delivers, and supports Power Platform and AI solutions for managed services and project-based client work. This role turns business needs into practical, reliable solutions across Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot, working directly with clients and internal delivery teams to define requirements, estimate effort, build solutions, and support ongoing enhancements. Key Responsibilities Build solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Pages, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot Studio agents. Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and semantic models, using Power Query and DAX to build measures, relationships, and calculations. Design and implement Copilot readiness and AI-assisted workflows, including data structure, permissions, and governance considerations. Connect to and transform data from client systems such as CRM, ERP, PSA, ticketing, and finance platforms, applying security and row-level access controls. Maintain and enhance existing solutions and troubleshoot data, refresh, performance, and accuracy issues. Support user acceptance testing, training, knowledge transfer, and handoff documentation so solutions can be supported by the broader team. Qualifications 3 to 5+ years of experience delivering Power Platform, business intelligence, or Microsoft 365 solutions in a consulting, managed services, or client-facing role. Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling. Working knowledge of Copilot, AI use cases, and intelligent automation, including readiness, adoption, and governance considerations. Experience gathering requirements, scoping work, and preparing estimates for client-facing or internal projects. Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language to business users and client stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requests at the same time. Preferred Experience Experience working in a managed service provider, consulting, or professional services environment. Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, data gateways, refresh management, and workspace administration. Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, or broader Microsoft data and reporting tools. Microsoft certifications in Power Platform products or AI are an asset. WHAT IS THE WORK ENVIRONMENT LIKE? Normal office working conditions. Work requires regular sitting/standing at a desk, working with a computer. This position requires standing, walking, sitting, using hands, seeing, reaching, talking, writing, and hearing. Position may require hours that exceed normal working hours per day during peak periods. HOW OFTEN WILL I GET FORMAL FEEDBACK ON HOW WELL I’M DOING? Annual performance reviews with quarterly conversations to review progress and stay interviews. Performance review goals will be established between you and your team leader.
