Job Title: Server – Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN

Overview:
Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is looking for friendly, dependable Servers to join our dining team. We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN (as-needed) positions. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with seniors and providing excellent customer service in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and courteous dining service to residents and guests
- Take meal orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining rooms before and after meals
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Build positive relationships with residents and team members
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
Schedule Options:
- Full-Time: Set schedule with benefits eligibility
- Part-Time: Flexible scheduling
- PRN: As-needed coverage, including weekends and holidays
Compensation:
- $15.50-$16.25 per hour (based on experience)Â
