What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy, you will:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, post-surgical, sports, and other outpatient conditions
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Provide evidence-informed, patient-centered treatment
- Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular rehabilitation, and other appropriate treatment approaches
- Educate patients on movement, recovery, injury prevention, and long-term health
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists, PTAs, support staff, referring providers, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic cultures.
- Pursue specialty interests and professional growth opportunities based on your career goal
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you are:
- A licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan or eligible for Michigan licensure
- A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- A recent DPT graduate, NPTE passer, or experienced clinician
- Passionate about outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Interested in continued clinical development
- Collaborative and patient-focused
- Motivated to build strong relationships with patients and coworkers
- Looking for a practice where you can continue growing professionally
Recent DPT graduates who have passed the NPTE and are awaiting or completing Michigan licensure are encouraged to apply.
Experience in outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, dry needling, or other specialty areas is welcomed but not required.
