- Conduct fundamental research and analysis on equities and other securities under consideration for client portfolios.
- Build and maintain financial models, including valuation and earnings analysis.
- Monitor market developments, economic data, and sector trends relevant to portfolio positioning.
- Perform due diligence on securities, funds, and strategies, including ongoing monitoring of existing holdings.
- Prepare research summaries and materials for the investment committee.
- Track and report portfolio performance and benchmarking.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, or a related field preferred; strong candidates without direct experience will be considered.
- Progress toward or willingness to pursue the CFA® program.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial data platforms (Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, or similar) preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- CFA® charter or active progress toward it.
- Prior experience in an RIA, asset management, or investment research setting.
