- Manage and grow a mixed book of business, including both inherited and self-sourced client relationships.
- Support lead advisors in preparing for and conducting client meetings, including portfolio reviews and planning analysis.
- Develop financial plans, including retirement projections, cash flow analysis, and benefits comparisons.
- Manage client account paperwork, onboarding, and ongoing service requests.
- Maintain CRM and portfolio management systems with accurate client information.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field preferred; strong candidates without direct experience will be considered
- Progress toward or willingness to pursue CFP® certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfort learning planning and portfolio management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred (Not Required)
- CFP® certification or active progress toward it
- SIE, Series 7 & 66, certification or active progress toward it
