  • Support lead advisors in preparing for and conducting client meetings, including portfolio reviews and planning analysis.
  • Develop financial plans, including retirement projections, cash flow analysis, and benefits comparisons.
  • Manage client account paperwork, onboarding, and ongoing service requests.
  • Maintain CRM and portfolio management systems with accurate client information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field preferred; strong candidates without direct experience will be considered
  • Progress toward or willingness to pursue CFP® certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfort learning planning and portfolio management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred (Not Required)
    • CFP® certification or active progress toward it
    • SIE, Series 7 & 66, certification or active progress toward it
