We are seeking a Houseperson to join our Housekeeping team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Five Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Houseperson will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings, and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. Additional responsibilities will include providing linen supplies for Room Attendants, stocking floor closets, and delivering and retrieving items requested by guests and/or Floor Supervisor. The ideal candidate will exemplify the values and beliefs of Eau Resort & Spa.

We have a Full-Time position available.  

This role is a flexible position (AM / PM), and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding. 
• Ability to count. 
• Previous experience in cleaning public buildings.

Desirable

• Knowledge of proper chemical handling. 
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
• Ability to exert physical effort in transporting linen and supplies to guest room floors from Housekeeping and using floor cleaning equipment.
