Job Title: Part-Time Daytime Cleaner - Commercial Cleaning

Location: Lapeer, MI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Clean Team is hiring a dependable Part-Time Daytime Cleaner to support commercial cleaning operations in Lapeer, MI. This position offers a consistent second-shift schedule and is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work in janitorial services, custodial work, or commercial cleaning. You will work in a variety of professional environments, helping maintain clean, safe, and organized spaces for clients.

As a commercial cleaner, you will be responsible for completing routine cleaning tasks and following a structured schedule. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Each shift may include a mix of tasks, providing a steady and active work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine commercial cleaning and janitorial tasks in assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility
• Empty trash and replace liners in all designated areas
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
• Report supply needs or maintenance concerns to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
