As a Service Technician, you’ll help keep our customers safe on the road by performing tire services, inspections, and basic automotive maintenance. Whether you already have experience or are eager to learn, we provide training and support to help you build your career. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires 
• Inspect vehicles for tire wear, damage, and basic maintenance concerns 
• Assist customers with tire recommendations and service needs 
• Perform basic vehicle services and safety inspections 
• Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently 
• Help maintain inventory, shop cleanliness, and organization 
• Work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 

What We’re Looking For: 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
• Automotive or tire experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person 
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record 
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in an active shop environment 
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn 
• Positive attitude and good communication skills 
• Team player who enjoys helping customers

Requirements

• Technical or vocational training courses in automotive repair, tire technology, or a related field are a plus
• Familiarity with tire repair tools for tire changes, balancing, and repairs preferred.
• Willingness to pursue TIA certification with company support and assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects 75 pounds on average.  Stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Manual Dexterity: Skill in handling tools and performing precise tasks with hands.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in inspecting and repairing tires to ensure vehicle and personal safety
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, understandably explaining technical aspects.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for diagnosing issues and determining the best course of action for repairs
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team, contributing to a cooperative work environment
