This role strengthens workforce readiness through effective recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and accurate HR recordkeeping. | ||

Main ActivitiesΒ | |
General HR Administration | |
1 | Maintain accurate and upβtoβdate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements. |
2 | Process HRβrelated invoices, vendor payments, and purchase requests; reconcile monthly HR expenses. |
3 | Prepare routine and adβhoc HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review. |
5 | Draft HR letters, memos, and documentation (employment verifications, status change forms, disciplinary notices, etc.). |
6 | Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information. |
Talent Acquisition | |
7 | Manage fullβcycle recruitment for assigned roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring manager interviews. |
8 | Maintain candidate pipelines and proactively source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. |
9 | Conduct preβemployment checks such as background screenings, employment verifications, and reference checks. |
10 | Coordinate offer letters, compensation alignment, and hiring approvals with HR leadership. |
11 | Track recruitment metrics (timeβtoβfill, candidate pipeline status, source effectiveness) and prepare periodic reports. |
Onboarding & Training | |
12 | Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation scheduling, documentation collection, system setup requests, and firstβday logistics. |
13 | Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure completion of required HR, safety, and compliance trainings. |
14 | Maintain onboarding materials, training content, and process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance. |
15 | Track training attendance, certifications, and renewal requirements; follow up with employees and supervisors as needed. |
16 | Support development and rollout of employee training programs, workshops, and skillβbuilding initiatives. |
