Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced PLC Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues to identify root causes and implement solutions
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of machinery
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship program preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, including programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
