Responsibilities
- Greet patients, clients, and visitors with professionalism and positivity
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance information and assist with documentation
- Maintain accurate records and update office systems
- Manage front desk operations and provide administrative support
- Communicate clearly with patients, staff, and management
- Handle scheduling conflicts and patient inquiries professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance verification and scheduling procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience with scheduling software, EMR/EHR systems, or Microsoft Office is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
