Job Description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing startup office team. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, experience handling patient or client scheduling, and a strong understanding of insurance verification and office operations.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  •  Greet patients, clients, and visitors with professionalism and positivity 
  •  Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails 
  •  Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently 
  •  Verify insurance information and assist with documentation 
  •  Maintain accurate records and update office systems 
  •  Manage front desk operations and provide administrative support 
  •  Communicate clearly with patients, staff, and management 
  •  Handle scheduling conflicts and patient inquiries professionally 
  •  Maintain confidentiality and ensure excellent customer service 
Qualifications

  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  •  Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred 
  •  Knowledge of insurance verification and scheduling procedures 
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  •  Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills 
  •  Experience with scheduling software, EMR/EHR systems, or Microsoft Office is a plus 
  •  Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
