In this role, you’ll help PCHA: Protect and preserve affordable housing resources Strengthen the financial performance of our properties and programs Make thoughtful, data-driven business decisions Responsibly manage public and organizational resources Plan for long-term financial sustainability Continue delivering quality housing and opportunities that improve lives What You'll Do As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll manage and analyze the financial performance of assigned properties, programs, grants, and initiatives. You will: Own the numbers by overseeing financial activities for assigned housing portfolios, programs, and grants Drive the budgeting process through annual budgets, forecasts, projections, and ongoing financial planning Turn data into insight by identifying trends, explaining variances, and providing meaningful financial recommendations Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Monitor cash flow, banking activity, investments, and financial performance Perform account reconciliations and support timely monthly and year-end close processes Assist with annual audits, regulatory reporting, and financial compliance requirements Partner closely with Property Management, Operations, and leadership to understand financial needs and opportunities Identify ways to improve financial processes, reporting, efficiency, and internal controls Help leadership translate financial information into actionable business decisions You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
