Landscape Crew Member

About the Role

Mulhern Landscape is hiring a Landscape Crew Member to support both lawn maintenance and landscaping installation projects. This role includes a mix of routine maintenance and hands-on landscaping work.

What You’ll Do

Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and trimming.
Assist with landscaping installation including planting and general outdoor work.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
Maintain clean and professional job sites.
Work as part of a team to complete daily projects.

What We’re Looking For

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Dependable and consistent attendance.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and team mindset.
Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including outdoor work and physical tasks throughout the duration of the shift.

Compensation & Schedule

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience).
Full-time work.

Work Environment

This is a physically active outdoor role in Florida conditions.
