Full Time • Saint Petersburg, FL

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

Mulhern Landscape is hiring a Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This is a full-time outdoor position working with a crew completing both lawn maintenance and landscaping work.

Immediate openings are available.

This role is hands-on and includes a variety of tasks throughout the day, including mowing, trimming, and assisting with landscaping projects.

What You’ll Do

Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming.
Assist with landscaping work including digging, planting, and cleanup.
Operate equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, and blowers.
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
Work as part of a team to complete daily assignments.
Follow company standards and safety expectations.

What We’re Looking For

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Dependable and consistent attendance.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including outdoor work and physical tasks throughout the duration of the shift.

Work Environment

This is a physically active outdoor role in Florida weather conditions. Team members should be comfortable working outside throughout the day.
