Responsibilities:

- Preparing fresh food items daily and accuratelyÂ
- Set up and stocking of stations with all necessary suppliesÂ
- Menu and product knowledgeÂ
- Managing orders efficientlyÂ
- Preparing catering ordersÂ
- Proper food handling and storage of food productsÂ
- Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearanceÂ
- Maintaining health department standards throughout each shiftÂ
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areasÂ
- Performing shift-side work to include opening and closing dutiesÂ
- Completing all course certifications for Kitchen Team Members in our training platformÂ
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experienced preferred but not required - we will train you!
- Proper knife skills
- Ability to operate all necessary kitchen equipment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team as necessary
- Strong work ethic with passion and urgency
- Dependable and reliable
- Work flexible schedule
- Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, the establishment, and the brandÂ
All Employees Must:

- Obtain a Food Handler’s card shortly after beginning employmentÂ
Your Working Conditions/ Hours:Â
A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:Â
- Morning shift - 8am - 4pm
- Evenings - 4pm - 10pmÂ
- Weekends - when applicableÂ
- Holidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)Â

You'll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.Â
