Position Summary:

The Entry-Level Human Resources Manager supports core HR operations, employee relations, and workforce readiness in a fast-growing, mission-driven health-tech environment. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational HR experience who are ready for their first management-level position, contributing to the success of teams supporting cutting-edge virtual care systems like Addison Care.

This role works closely with HR leadership, TeleCare operations, and cross-functional partners to ensure efficient HR processes, strong employee support, and alignment with Electronic Caregiver’s compliance and quality standards. The position plays a key role in supporting employee engagement, recruitment coordination, training initiatives, and HR compliance in a healthcare technology environment.

Essential Job Duties:

  1. Oversee core HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS governance, and employee inquiry resolution, ensuring compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and organizational standards.
  2. Oversee employee record management, including personnel file audits, HR documentation compliance, certification tracking, and regulatory recordkeeping accuracy. Identify compliance risks and escalate or resolve issues in alignment with HR leadership guidance.
  3. Oversee recruitment workflows and partner with hiring managers and leadership to assess workforce needs, identify staffing gaps, and support staffing strategies for clinical, TeleCare, and operational teams.
  4. Interpret and apply HR policies and employment laws, exercising independent judgment in employee relations matters, including recommending corrective actions and resolving workplace issues within established guidelines.
  5. Support HR compliance initiatives and audit readiness activities, including employee file audits, background check compliance, certification tracking, and regulatory documentation reviews. Identify risks and recommend corrective actions to HR leadership.
  6. Analyze employee relations trends, workforce metrics, and HR data to identify patterns and provide strategic recommendations to HR leadership that improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional departments including TeleCare, IT, Operations, and leadership teams to support workforce planning, compliance readiness, and HR operational strategy.
  8. Contribute to HR compliance initiatives and process improvements by evaluating HR workflows and recommending enhancements to ensure regulatory compliance, efficiency, and consistency across HR operations.
  9. Support HR audits and compliance reviews, including employee files, certifications, background checks, and regulatory documentation, ensuring readiness and accuracy of records and escalate complex issues to HR leadership.
  10. Exercise independent judgment in interpreting HR policies and resolving employee inquiries, determining appropriate responses within established guidelines and escalating complex matters when necessary.
  11. Support organizational readiness for AI-enabled and remote care systems (e.g., Addison Care) by ensuring workforce alignment, HR operational readiness, and training compliance
