Work Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based at Electronic Caregiver's corporate headquarters in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Regular in-person attendance is required.

The Data Analytics Specialist will support the organization’s data-driven initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics, the Data Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role in analyzing data, creating reports, and offering actionable insights to improve operational processes and align with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making across the organization. Work is performed under general supervision; however, the employee is expected to exercise good judgment and discretion within the limits of established procedures. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of operational metrics and process optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with database visualization tools and Excel.
  • Understanding of data governance standards, including HIPAA compliance.
