SpanningĀ over one million square feet, the project will blendĀ casino, food and beverage, and hotel environmentsĀ withĀ overĀ 75,000 square feetĀ of special venue space, including anĀ award-winning steakhouse, a rooftop bar, a collection of one-of-a-kind lounges and entertainment venues, and a world-class spa.Ā
The resort will also feature aĀ championship golf courseĀ that connects the built environment to its natural setting in a seamless and dramatic way.Ā
The guest tower celebratesĀ 500 guest rooms, culminating in a range of scale and luxury experiences, highlighted by theĀ sky suites, offering panoramic views and elevated private experiences.Ā This project embodies the ambition to create a destination that is immersive, contemporary, and unforgettable in every detail.Ā

Your RoleĀ
As a Gensler Senior Interior Designer, your jobĀ is to combine creativity and technical skills with a thorough understanding of the Design and Production process,Ā in order toĀ produce highly creative, environmentally conscious and budget responsive spaces for clients. You should have exceptional design skills, a background in workplace design or interiorĀ architectureĀ and a portfolio of innovative design concepts. You must be an integral part of yourĀ teamsĀ and actively foster a respectful,Ā creativeĀ and inspiring design environment.Ā

What You Will DoĀ
Lead interior design assignments that include detailed programming, conceptual design, space planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.Ā Ā
Provide strategically minded design support for organization,Ā productionĀ and execution of design projects.Ā Ā
Participate in seamless collaboration with internal/external core & shell teams, professionalĀ consultantsĀ and other strategic partners.Ā Ā
Participate in design iterations with team members in generating, 3D modeling,Ā utilizingĀ Revit, Sketchup,Ā EnscapeĀ and/or other modeling orĀ renderingĀ software in conjunction with Adobe Creative SuiteĀ Ā
Lead andĀ participateĀ in generating interior architectural, finish and reflected ceiling plans,Ā elevationsĀ and details along with corresponding specifications and schedules.Ā
Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators to realizeĀ designĀ and budgetary goals of the client.Ā Ā
Guide and mentor junior designers,Ā assistingĀ in leading multiple projects atĀ a high level, working in a collaborative manner with other design and technical staffĀ Ā
Help to nurture and sustain client relations with a large tech clientĀ
Lead and contribute to office activities, help communicate key firm initiatives and learning programsĀ Ā
Work closely with your team and across the office and firm, to promote and model an inter-disciplinary design approach that enhances Genslerās culture of design quality and excellence.Ā

Your QualificationsĀ
Bachelor's orĀ Masterās degree in Interior Design or ArchitectureĀ Ā Ā
10+ years of relevant interior design experience with corresponding portfolioĀ demonstratingĀ various phases of project work. Be prepared to show examples of Programming, Schematic, & Design Development, CDās as well as finished project photos.Ā Ā Ā
Ability to communicate and present design concepts and rationales. Ability to iterate to address client requests, budget considerations, existing or new architectural opportunities or constraints or other impacts on designĀ concept.Ā Ā
NCIDQ certified or Architecture license is encouragedĀ
Knowledge of sustainable and universal design concepts.Ā Ā Proficient in Revit, SketchUp,Ā Enscape, and/or other modeling software.Ā Ā Ā
Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and proper specifications and procurement ofĀ same.Ā Ā
Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas.Ā Ā
Flexibility to focus on a single client with multiple projects in various stages of developmentĀ
