Production Assembly Line Worker
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Location: South Las Vegas, Nevada
Payrate:Â $16.50 per hour
The Production Assembly Line Worker performs hands-on and semi-skilled tasks along a production line to assemble products, support quality control efforts, and maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
- Perform hands-on assembly and production tasks as part of a fast-paced manufacturing line.
- Build and assemble products and components by following established instructions and specifications.
- Observe production operations to help maintain consistent quality and efficient workflow.
- Examine completed products to identify defects and ensure they meet required quality standards.
- Adhere to all company Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, work area at all times.
- Properly shut down, lock out, and secure equipment when it is not in operation.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to learn how to operate production equipment; training will be provided.
- Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and product quality.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Good hand–eye coordination and fine motor skills for assembly and equipment operation.
- Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and performing simple mathematical calculations.
- Physical ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive work.
- Capability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Loose-fitting clothing, jewelry, and heels are not permitted.
- No artificial (fake) nails or nail polish allowed.
- Must comply with all Hygiene, Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices Â
