The Maintenance Lead troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.Â

Pay Range($28-$35/hr.)
•  Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and conceptsÂ
•  Handle heavy workload of callsÂ
•  Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return Â
•  Manage workload and job schedulingÂ
•  Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork  Â
•  Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)Â
•  Keep manager informed of customer feedbackÂ
•  Communicate effectively and promptlyÂ
•  Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and teamÂ
•  Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the CompanyÂ
•  When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups Â
•  Report team performance issues to the SupervisorÂ
