The cage payment clerk is responsible for protecting company assets, adhering to company and departmental policies/procedures to include gaming regulations. Adhere to and practice customer service standards. Accurately handles and assists customers in establishing credit lines, communicate with appropriate personnel concerning customer credit information. Cooperates with team members within the department, as well as with other departments. Â
