Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
Leads all training activities for new initiatives including product rollouts, guest service initiatives, processes, technology, and systemsÂ
Facilitate virtual and in-person training experiences consistently using effective adult learning principles Â
Presents content during regional meetings and training sessions with the Above Restaurant Leader audienceÂ
Utilize project management tools and disciplines to execute project processes, including risk management, issues resolution, change management, quality assurance, and document management.Â
Drives engagement in support of the initiative to influence franchisees to embrace the needed change within their business unitÂ
Actively partners to build relationships with cross functional team members, franchisees, and their above restaurant leaders to influence adoption of training principles.  Â
Collaborates with field team to diagnose root causes for knowledge gaps, operational and training problems, and articulate potential solutionsÂ
Acts as an ongoing Subject Matter Expert for franchisees and their Above Restaurant Leaders for brand initiatives. Â
Participates in meetings with franchisees and cross functional team to strategize market and network plans, provide expertise and consulting as needed Â
Education Requirements Â
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in restaurant and/or retail management with Training, Human Resource, or multi-unit management experienceÂ
Years Of ExperienceÂ
- 5 - 7Â years experience in restaurant and/or retail Training, Operations, or multi-unit managementÂ
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIESÂ
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks accordingly Â
Ability to work in a fast-paced settingÂ
Must be able to build credibility and trusting relationships Â

- Approximately 50-75% travel will be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.  Â
Salary: $77,412.38 - $151,957.63 per year
- The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
