Electrician Engineer (Graveyard Shift)

Job Description

Maintenance holds the responsibility of producing and maintaining the fixture in guest rooms, employee areas and the Hotel.

• Keep a daily record of tasks performed via the work scheduling / reporting system.
• Responsible for all other duties as assigned by area and Management.
• Will assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.
• Repair and maintain outside landscape lighting fixtures, pole lights & building up lighting.

Qualifications

• The Engineer Electrician must have a minimum of 5 years commercial or industrial Journeyman experience in one or more of the following areas:  Installing conduit and wiring, repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining low and high voltage single, 3 phase and AC/DC electrical systems; motor, motor controls and VFD installation, troubleshooting, and repairs; UPS and paralleling switch gear systems experience helpful. 
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a 4-year accredited apprenticeship program.
• Must be fluent in English. 
• Must be able to read, understand and work from blueprints, drawings, schematics and sketches; and be proficient in the safe use of all trade related hand and power tools, safety and protective equipment. 
• Must be able to respond immediately to all emergency calls. 
• Will assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.
