Key Responsibilities
As a Flexographic Printer, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our flexographic presses to produce materials that meet all specifications and quality standards. Your duties will include:
- Setup & Operation:
- Set up and operate multi-color flexographic printing presses
- Mount plates, mix and adjust ink colors (solvent-based, water-based, or UV), and load material (e.g., paper, film, foil).
- Monitor press speed and make necessary adjustments to ensure print quality, registration, and color consistency.
- Experience: operating flexographic printing presses
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes, color theory, ink mixing, and plate mounting.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail and color recognition.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
