Job Purpose
Â
The Account Executive, FSOP is a quota-carrying, field-first sales role responsible for driving growth across Las Vegas's gaming, resort, hotel, golf, and entertainment operators. They will build relationships with decision-makers at hospitality groups to open new outlets, expand SKU presence, and position Pressed as a must-carry brand— not just a vendor.
Â
Success in this role looks like:
- Rapid establishment of new outlet relationships across key gaming and hospitality accounts
- Growth across three core KPIs: 1) Outlets Buying, 2) Average SKUs per Outlet, 3) Velocity per Outlet
- Building lasting and impactful relationships and maintaining a high-level of engagement with operators
- Consistent sales plan attainment with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
- Consistent identification, advancement, and closing of high-impact pipeline opportunities
- Proactive ownership — anticipating challenges and bringing solutions, not just flags
- Modeling "how" work gets done: responsible urgency, clarity, insight-driven recommendations, and disciplined follow-through
Â
Essential Job Functions
Â
Route Development and Design
- Route coverage and call volume: consistently execute a routed schedule of approximately 30 outlet visits per week across four field days, prioritizing consistency of coverage as the primary driver of conversion.
- Territory build-out: establish a working target list of approximately 150 outlets and convert 100 to active buying outlets within the first four to six months, growing from there as the territory matures.
- Visit cadence by tier: segment outlets into tiers (A, B, C, D) and maintain visit frequency by tier, from A outlets approximately twice per month down to D outlets roughly once every couple of months.
- Track and adjust overtime.
Â
Sales Leadership & Growth
- Support and execute against a quota-driven account plan targeting Las Vegas's gaming resorts, hotel groups, and hospitality operators.
- Proactively identify whitespace, operator pain points, and portfolio gaps.
- Deliver insight-driven pitches tailored to the specific operational and priorities of each account.
- Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage with defined targets, next steps, and close plans.
Â
Account Development & Partnerships
- Build relationships with procurement, F&B directors, and property-level decision-makers at gaming and hospitality groups.
- Develop and expand partnerships with key industry players — restaurant brands, distributors, and suppliers.
- Establish clear performance expectations, joint growth objectives, and a cadence of regular business reviews with each account.
- Expand footprint within existing accounts through menu integrations, cross-sell, and SKU additions.
Â
Market Activation & Field Execution
- Serve as Pressed's boots-on-the-ground presence across the Las Vegas market, staying ahead of competitive dynamics, new property openings, and emerging hospitality concepts.
- Partner with distributor reps active in the hospitality channel to coordinate account coverage and activation.
- Drive velocity in existing accounts through staff education, menu visibility, and promotional programming.
Â
Data, Forecasting & CRM Discipline
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records including pipeline stage, decision-maker contacts, and close timelines.
- Provide reliable forecasting with clear line-of-sight to sales plan attainment.
- Use account and distributor data, plus market/industry trends, to identify growth opportunities.
Â
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the On-Premise Activation Manager to ensure seamless account launches and early velocity.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to bring the right resources to high-priority opportunities and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Communicate market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders clearly and proactively.
Â
Qualifications
- 4+ years of foodservice, hospitality, or F&B CPG sales experience with a demonstrated track record of quota attainment.
- Demonstrated experience building sales pipelines from the ground up.
- Possess active and established connections within Las Vegas gaming and hospitality.
- Track record of full-cycle sales ownership: sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals independently, start to finish.
- Deep understanding of the hospitality and gaming channel and foodservice supply chain, including how purchasing decisions are made and key stakeholders.
- Data-literate and comfortable using sales data to guide prioritization and prove value to customers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels (property-level F&B managers to VP of F&B at major resort groups).
- CRM proficiency; disciplined pipeline management is non-negotiable.
- Must be Las Vegas-based, as this is a field sales position.
- Must be able to travel for engagement and industry events.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
