Summary of Job Duties:

Cleans bar and equipment, and replenishes bar supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, paper products, fruit, ice, and glasses assists with bar service as needed.

 

Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • May assist bartender in serving alcoholic/ non-alcoholic beverages as needed
  • Stocks refrigerating units with bottled beer, water and other beverages.
  • Able to push/pull up to #100 lbs.
  • Replaces empty beer kegs with full ones.
  • Slices and pits fruit used to garnish drinks.
  • Washes glasses, bar, and equipment, and polishes bar fixtures.
  • Cleans bar floor and surrounding area.
  • Removes empty bottles and trash.
  • Mixes and prepares flavors for mixed drinks.
  • Provide beverage service when needed.Requests identification from Guests when legal age is questioned and serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with service guidelines.
  • Adheres to Uniform and Appearance Policy for the Pool area.
  • Communicate and interact with Guests and Team Members in a professional and upbeat manner.
  • Maintain an open line of communication with Supervisors and Managers concerning all Guest Services related issues, problems and/or solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with fellow Team Members, Guests and Vendors.
  • Ability to accept performance feedback in professional manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
