The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading healthcare provider in Las Vegas, NM and we are seeking a full-time, onsite Central Scheduler to support exceptional patient access and care coordination.

In this role, you will coordinate and schedule all inpatient and outpatient tests, procedures, and hospital admissions in collaboration with ancillary departments.

You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and internal teams, ensuring efficient scheduling and excellent patient service. 

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule appointments for inpatient and outpatient services, coordinating with ancillary departments and confirming details with physicians
  • Collect and process accurate patient demographic information according to established procedures
  • Advise patients on scheduling details, insurance requirements, and Medicare and Medicaid provisions
  • Prepare and distribute consolidated scheduling reports to relevant departments

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Medical Terminology course completion or equivalent working knowledge required
  • One year of hospital admissions and insurance processing experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality service
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
