• Maintain and audit position codes, job titles, and compensation packages in the HRIS -- ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all locations
• Partner with HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition, and department leaders to support compensation decisions for new roles, restructured positions, and market adjustments
• Conduct regular compensation analysis -- benchmarking roles against market data to ensure Swickard remains competitive in every market we operate in
• Support the development and documentation of compensation policies, guidelines, and pay structure frameworks
• Assist with merit review cycles and compensation planning -- preparing data, modeling scenarios, and supporting manager and leadership decision-making

• Strong analytical and Excel skills -- comfortable working with large data sets, building models, and identifying patterns or discrepancies
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms -- Paylocity experience a significant advantage
• High integrity and strict respect for confidentiality -- compensation data is sensitive and you treat it accordingly
• Detail-oriented and accurate -- errors in compensation have real consequences and you understand that
• Clear communicator -- able to explain compensation decisions and structures to managers and employees at all levels
