Join Oak Harbor Freight Lines and be part of a team that keeps freight moving and customers informed every day. In this role, you’ll handle customer calls, schedule appointments, support drivers at check-in, and help track shipments from pickup to delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, appointment scheduling, and customer ticketing
- Provide prompt, professional support to customers, drivers, and internal teams
- Assist with driver check-in, ensuring paperwork is accurate and complete
- Trace freight and resolve issues involving late, lost, or misdirected shipments
- Dispatch pick-up requests and coordinate freight based on customer needs
- Enter and manage information using internal systems
- Build strong relationships with customers to support ongoing business
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience.
- Comfortable handling high call volume and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with MS Office (AS400 a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic English proficiency required.
