Key Responsibilities Monitor and dispatch security officers to various client sites and patrol locations. Maintain constant communication with field personnel to ensure coverage and safety. Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency calls promptly and efficiently. Record and document all calls, incidents, and officer activity in detailed reports. Coordinate with supervisors and management to address staffing or operational needs. Provide excellent customer service when communicating with clients and the public. Support overall security operations through effective communication and organization. QualificationsJob Requirements Licensing: Possession of a valid Nevada PILB security license or the ability to obtain one. Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or dispatch operations is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
