What You'll Do

  • Maintain product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems.
  • Screen and assign support tickets ("bugs") from end users, resolving issues based on severity.
  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned ā€œbugsā€ from activation to closure.
  • Identify and bring up blockers for active ā€œbugsā€ and unreleased Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • Complete ECOs in accordance with approved processes and within assigned deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum two years of experience working within supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical task execution within deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities for work-related issues.
  • Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and with technical and business engagement managers.
  • Adaptability to meet changing demands and priorities.
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication and customer service.
