Delivers all food menu items and accurately describes them to the guests. Acts as a liaison between the servers, cocktail servers & bartenders, and chefs. Interacts with the dining room guests, fellow team members, and supervisors politely and courteously to ensure gracious hospitality.Â

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Â
Anticipate and accommodate all needs of the guestsÂ
Provides professional and exceptional serviceÂ
Delivers and describes all food items to the guests, in a timely mannerÂ
Participates in table maintenance and bussing of excess tablewareÂ
Maintain general cleanliness of stations and the entire venueÂ
Follow supervisor’s instructions, communicate with and support co-workers, and be a team playerÂ
Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food menus and the companyÂ
Complies with Department of Health and company sanitation standardsÂ
Communicates the needs of the guests to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House support team members, managers, and chefsÂ
Properly sets-up runner’s station, performs side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management, including:Â
Stocks station with prescribed items and suppliesÂ
Performs opening side-work as prescribedÂ
Performs closing side-work as prescribedÂ
Reports all breakage, and damage of equipment or furniture immediately to managementÂ
Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetingsÂ
Attends and participates in any training sessions or departmental meetingsÂ
Learn by listening, observing other team members, and sharing knowledge while leading by exampleÂ
Portrays a positive and professional attitudeÂ
Demonstrates knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality, its partners, and supporting hotel environmentsÂ
