This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. The Gift Shop Manager will be responsible for creating a fun and convenient store for our Guests and Team Members. Â

If you are willing to take on this responsibility, then check out what you will be doing. While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:Â
Â
- Assists in overseeing placement of merchandise on the floor and maintain a neat, clean, and inviting atmosphere for Guests
- Identify new ways to drive sales generation to achieve goals
- Assists with interviewing and hiring of all cashiers and supervisors
- Assists with training team on register procedures, stocking practices, and merchandising placement and store policies and procedures
As a Gift Shop Manager, you are also expected to be there for your team, enable and empower them to perform, own your operation or shift, and build caring and trusting relationships with your people.Â

Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.Â
Â
- Must have a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years retail management experience.
Â
Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.Â
