Eagle Quest is a leading organization serving at-risk and disadvantaged youth and their families, and we are seeking dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our growing team. We are currently hiring Full-Time Home Support Specialists / Youth Engagement Specialists for our residential programs, including THRIVE, INSPIRE, STRONG, and our NEW Home for youth with Developmental Disabilities. If you are passionate about supporting youth and are open to working in a residential setting, we'd love to hear from you! Shifts Available Morning | Swing | Graveyard / Overnight  Position Overview In this role, you will support youth in a residential setting by providing supervision, skill-building, emotional support, and daily structure. You will work closely with youth experiencing trauma, behavioral challenges, and higher levels of care needs.  Key Responsibilities

  • Build positive, supportive mentoring relationships with youth
  • Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic living environment
  • Provide crisis stabilization and emotional support as needed
  • Facilitate life skills development (communication, self-care, social skills)
  • Coordinate and participate in recreational and therapeutic activities
  • Support scheduling, appointments, and daily routines
  • Provide transportation for youth using company vehicles
  • Assist with medication distribution per program guidelines
  • Document all services, interactions, and progress for Medicaid and internal reporting
  • Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and program staff

 Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Valid Nevada driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • Ability to pass FBI and Interstate background checks (reimbursable after hire)
  • At least 1 year of experience working with youth or family programs preferred

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Human Development, Education, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
    (Required for QMHA consideration)
  • Experience working in higher levels of care, foster care, or family preservation programs strongly preferred
