Siegel’s Bagelmania has been a go-to spot for Vegas locals and visitors, serving up iconic deli classics with a side of warm hospitality since 1989.

What We’re Looking For:

Big Personalities

• You bring the energy, the hospitality, and the charm
• You don’t just greet guests—you sell the experience. Bonus points for an East Coast attitude!
• You love interfacing with locals and tourists, even challenging ones

Hard Workers

• We’re one of Vegas’ hottest restaurants, meaning fast-paced, high-volume, and never a dull moment
• Our 6AM – 3:30PM hours mean you can hustle hard and still have the rest of the day to yourself
• Ability to manage busy lines and large crowds of really hungry people
• Problem solver in a super-fast-paced environment

What You Bring:

• A great personality and a passion for hospitality
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar super-fast-paced restaurant
• The ability to manage high-energy crowds while keeping a cool head
• Be able to work well with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions 

• Must possess a SNHD Food Handler’s Card
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb when necessary, and move for long periods
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds with ease 
• Ability to adapt to varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 
• Comply with company uniform standards and hygiene policies
