Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform accurate troubleshooting and complete professional repairs
• Communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners
• Complete detailed job notes, photos, and documentation
• Follow home warranty company procedures and reporting requirements
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Experience working home warranty service calls preferred
• Familiarity with home warranty claim documentation, coverage limitations, and authorization processes is a plus
• Ability to clearly document failures, improper installations, missing components, and non-covered conditions
