As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective customers and driving business growth for our employer partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential prospects
  • Conducting outbound calls and email outreach to engage and nurture new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with team members and employer partners to optimize sales processes
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and lead status
  • Contributing to a positive, energetic sales culture and supporting peers in their development
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets including Excel or Google Sheets
