Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Proven success in insurance sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide personalized insurance quotes tailored to each customer’s needs
- Confidently close sales and effectively address customer objections
- Follow all established procedures, guidelines, and compliance standards
