ABOUT THE ROLE

The Inventory Control Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory for the company. The primary responsibility of the Inventory Control Administrator is to perform timely and accurate inventory control activities, for the purpose of maintaining the accuracy and integrity of materials within the production facility.

As an Inventory Control Administrator with Genesis Gaming Solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a good understanding of all items housed in the cage- raw materials, finished goods, Bravo hardware items, etc.
  • Distributing equipment and hardware to employees and prepares items for next day jobs and projects.
  • Participating in inventory process and daily audits; researching and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitoring production schedules and preparing hardware & equipment for each order; ensuring that all required supplies are in stock. 
  • Maintaining and managing accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and/or supplies stocked.
  • Performs annual (end-of-year) audit of all items housed in the cage- raw materials, finished goods, Bravo hardware items, etc.
  • Using Fishbowl CRM system to update orders and obtain needed order information.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One to three years related experience or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary
  • Ability to learn new software quickly, specifically Fishbowl CRM

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Las Vegas, NV (89119) Shop.
