THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Lead Butler to provide guests with full service during their stay and assist with any special requests.
THE STARTING RATE: $23.5012 + tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
Guide guests through all phases of their experience
Exhibit proper knowledge and service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages as well as menu items of every course
Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by management Item bills correctly
Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations
Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
Work as a team and assist all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age required
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a server in a fine dining establishment required
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
