We’re growing our Las Vegas team and are looking for a high-level technician with direct solar pool heating experience who can step in, lead by example, and help elevate the performance of the team. Responsibilities:

Install and service solar pool heating systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues independently.
Lead jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism.
Support and guide team members in the field.
Represent the company positively with customers on every job.

Qualifications:

Direct experience with solar pool heating systems (installation AND service) required.
Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field.
Strong work ethic and sense of ownership.
Leadership presence and ability to set the tone on jobs.
Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
Experience leading crews or mentoring technicians is a plus.
Background in pool service, pool plumbing, or related trades.
