Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to support Nevada clients through remote therapy services. This role involves listening carefully, assessing clinical needs, creating treatment plans, and helping clients work through personal and mental health challenges. You will provide practical, professional care while maintaining clear records and supporting each client’s progress over time.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver counseling services through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete client assessments and review mental health history
  • Provide therapy for emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns
  • Develop and revise treatment plans based on client progress
  • Document sessions, clinical findings, and next steps
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
  • Licensed as an LCPC in Nevada
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Clinical experience in counseling or behavioral health
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in counseling
  • Skilled in written documentation and client communication
