Lot Technician - Red Rock Harley-Davidson

POSITION INFORMATION: 

• Detail Motorcycles
• Wash Motorcycles 
• Park/Move Motorcycles 
• Assist Service Technicians with keeping the service department clean and organized
• Other assignments requested by management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

Employees in this position must:

• MUST Have a valid driver license with Motorcycle endorsement
• Make attention to detail while being safe, a top priority
• Be available to work a flexible & varying schedule, including weekends
• Take pride in your work is essential; must maintain a clean and safe work environment 
• Have the ability to prioritize assignments and handle all requests quickly and with courtesy
• Provide the highest level of customer service

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must have the ability to push, pull, lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
• Move motorcycles easily and safely in various areas and conditions up to 900 pounds
• Ability to work in varying extreme weather conditions, including cold and hot temperatures, rain and intense sun
• The noise level is usually loud and of varying levels 
• You will be required to bend, stoop, crouch, squat, be on knees, and reach constantly throughout your work day
• Requires the use of both hands continuously
• This position will require standing for six to eight hours per shift
• Potentially exposed to exhaust fumes, chemical cleaners, gasoline and other materials found in a motor vehicle service department 

Vehicle or Motorcycle detailing experience preferred but not required.
